On Free, your credits refill at the start of your next monthly period, or you can upgrade right away. On Pro and Team, you can add 500 credits for $10 at any time; top-up credits stay valid for 12 months.
Monthly credits reset at the start of each billing period and don’t carry over. Top-up credits are the exception: they last 12 months and are used only once your monthly credits run out.
Yes, from your billing page. Upgrades apply immediately, with the price difference prorated. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the period you paid for; your files stay downloadable for 30 days afterwards.
Team includes 5 seats, and each extra member costs $8 a month. Everyone shares the plan’s credits, library and brand presets, and admins decide who can invite people or change billing.
