Generate podcast show notes

Summary, chapters and quotes, drafted for you.

Onda listens to the whole episode, then drafts what you would otherwise write by hand after recording: a summary, timestamped chapters, a guest bio, quotes and every link mentioned on air. You edit, copy and publish.

Why use it

  • Written from the episode itself

Every line comes from what was actually said, with timestamps you can check, not a generic blurb written from the title.

  • Chapters listeners use

Timestamped chapters let listeners jump to the part they care about, and give search engines and podcast directories more text to understand the episode.

  • Your show’s voice

Save a tone and a template once (sections, order, call to action) and every episode follows it.

Questions and answers

What goes into the show notes?

By default: a two-paragraph summary, timestamped chapters, three to five key takeaways, notable quotes, the guest’s bio and every link or resource mentioned. Remove any section you don’t use.

Can it use my RSS feed directly?

Yes. Paste the feed address, pick an episode and Onda fetches the audio. Your feed is never changed: you paste the notes into your host yourself.

Will the timestamps match my published episode?

Yes, if you process the file you publish. If you add an intro or ads afterwards, shift all the chapters at once by the length of the insert.

Can the show notes be in another language?

They are written in the language spoken in the episode, and you can translate them into any of the 40+ supported languages.

Do I need a transcript first?

No. Onda transcribes the episode as part of the process, and you can export that transcript too.
