A transcript you can actually publish

  • Speaker labels

Each voice gets its own label. Rename “Speaker 2” once and the whole transcript updates.

  • Timestamps on every line

Click a line to jump to that moment, or copy a link that starts playback right there.

  • Edit it like a document

Correct words as you listen. The text stays synced to the audio, so subtitles stay in time.

  • Custom vocabulary

Add guest names, brands and jargon before you upload, so they are spelled right the first time.

  • Four export formats

TXT for notes, DOCX for editors, SRT and VTT for subtitles on any video platform.

  • Search every episode

Find the episode where a guest mentioned “fermentation”, across your whole back catalog.

Transcription questions

How accurate is the transcription?

On clear speech recorded with a decent microphone, transcripts usually need only light edits for names and jargon. Accuracy drops with crosstalk, music under voices or loud background noise, so run noise removal first when you need it.

Which files and sources can I use?

MP3, WAV, M4A and MP4 files up to 2 hours each, or an RSS feed: paste your show’s feed, tick the episodes and they are transcribed in order.

Which languages are supported?

42 of them, including English, Spanish, French, German, Arabic, Portuguese, Hindi and Japanese. The language is detected automatically, and you can set it by hand for short or noisy clips.

Is transcription free?

The free plan includes 50 credits a month, and one credit covers one minute of audio, so about 50 minutes. Pro includes 1,000 credits a month, more than 16 hours of audio.

Who can see my audio and transcripts?

Only you and the teammates you invite, and your files are never used to train models. On the free plan they are deleted after 24 hours; on Pro and Team they stay in your library until you delete them.
